Natural GHG removal using vegetation and soil

At AgSeq, we are passionate about finding ways to reduce atmospheric levels of carbon dioxide. Our innovative approach combines carbon capture and storage technology with wetland rejuvination. By restoring wetlands, we are able to capture more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and store it in the soil. We believe that this is a critical part of the fight against climate change, and we are proud to be part of the solution. We invite you to learn more about our process and the positive impact we are making on the planet.

01

Wetland Creation

Nature is our tool

Rewilding is an important part of carbon capture and storage. Wetland rejuvination is a critical part of this process as it acts as a natural carbon sink, absorbing and storing carbon dioxide in the soil and vegetation. Wetlands also provide habitats for wildlife, improve water quality, and reduce flooding by acting as a buffer. Rewilding initiatives can include restoring or creating wetlands, planting and managing trees and vegetation, and reintroducing wildlife. By preserving and restoring natural areas, we can help capture and store carbon and reduce climate change.

02

Measure & Manage

Our MRV is a suite of technology that allows for the accurate quantification, monitoring and reporting of the amount of CO2 captured and stored. This process helps to validate that carbon capture and storage is being done effectively and efficiently. It is also used to ensure that the CO2 emissions are within the limits set by any applicable regulations. MRV provides an invaluable tool in the fight against climate change.

Co-benefits

Rewilding offers a multitude of co-benefits for both the environment and the local community. Rewilding areas can provide a safe haven for a variety of bird life, who can use the area for foraging and nesting. This can create a more vibrant and diverse ecosystem, where fauna can return to the land and flora can develop. Rewilding can also restore natural hydrological cycles, creating a healthier and more productive environment. Finally, rewilding can provide recreational and educational opportunities for the local community, as well as a unique habitat for wildlife.

Markets

We offer verified carbon credits for sale, allowing individuals and businesses to offset their carbon footprint and make a contribution towards reducing the global impact of climate change. Our credits are verified by a third-party provider, ensuring that all credits sold here are certified and of the highest quality. With our carbon credits, you can be sure that your purchase is making a real difference in the fight against climate change.
